We use the two photos once, to draw the hero, then delete them from our servers straight away. The book is the only thing that remains.
Common questions
Everything you need to know
If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp.
How does the book become my child's?
You upload a photo, and we draw a cartoon character inspired by it — the hair, the skin tone, the glasses if they wear them. That character appears on every page, and your child's name is written into the story itself.
Will it look exactly like my child?
No, deliberately. The hero is a cartoon inspired by the photo, not a copy of your child's face. That is a safety decision, not a stylistic one.
What happens to the photo?
It is deleted as soon as the hero is drawn. It is sent once to draw the character, then removed from our servers. We do not keep it and we do not show it to anyone.
Can I see the book before paying?
Yes. We draw the hero and send it to you first. If it is not right, do not pay — the system will not take payment before you approve.
How long does it take?
We draw the hero within a minute or two, and you approve it. The book is then printed and delivered within Egypt in 7 to 14 days.
Which language is the book in?
Arabic, English, or both in the same book. You choose when you order.
Can I order more than one book?
Yes. Add one book per child to the cart and pay once. Extra printed copies of the same book are charged as printing only.
How do I pay?
InstaPay, Fawry, card, or cash on delivery for printed books. Cash on delivery takes a 30% deposit, which covers making the book.
What if I change my mind?
Full refund any time before we start printing. Once it is printed we cannot refund the printing itself — the book carries your child's name and cannot be sold to anyone else.
What kind of photo do you need?
Facing the camera, good light, hair visible, one child in the frame. No sunglasses or hats.
