What you are buying

A personalised book, made for your child: a digital copy (PDF) or a printed copy delivered to you.

Sticker packs are not personalised — the same pack ships to every order.

The illustration is stylised, not photographic. The character will resemble your child without being a likeness of them, and that is a deliberate choice for a child's safety.

You see it before you pay

We draw the hero and send it to you first. No money is taken before you approve it.

If it is not right, do not approve it — you can ask for a change, or cancel.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include any applicable tax.

What we send after payment is a receipt, not a tax invoice. A tax invoice is issued through Egypt's e-invoicing system; ask us if you need one.

Delivery

We ship within Egypt only for now.

A printed book takes 7 to 14 days after approval and payment. Sticker packs take 3 to 7 days.

The courier calls before arriving, so the number you give has to work.

Cancellation and refunds

A full refund at any time before we start printing.

For a digital book: a full refund before the book is generated.

Once it is printed, the printing itself cannot be refunded — it carries your child's name and cannot be sold to anyone else.

If what arrives is damaged or wrong, tell us and we will put it right.

The photograph you upload

You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child in it.

You upload it so that we may use it once, to draw the character. See the privacy notice for exactly what happens to it.

Do not upload a photograph of someone else without their permission.

Ownership

The book you receive is for you and your family to use.

The story's artwork and text remain Battal's. They may not be resold or printed for sale.

If something goes wrong

Talk to us. We answer our messages, and most things are settled without any process at all.
